Illustrative project range
Choose a service and tell us what you would like to change. The first conversation is about your space, priorities and what a useful next step looks like.
The four service directions are full home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor living. Specific scope and service coverage are confirmed before any work is agreed.
No finished brief is needed to start a conversation. Photos, a few measurements and ideas about what is not working can be a helpful starting point.
No. It uses illustrative rates to explore how size, finish and layout affect a planning range. It does not inspect your property or make a binding offer.
Materials, access, the condition of existing systems, permit requirements and structural work can all change the scope. These need to be reviewed before a price is confirmed.
The calculator shows an optional 15% planning reserve separately. It is an example allowance for uncertainty, not a required fee or a promise that it will cover every change.
At the moment, the form checks your details on this page only; sending is not connected. No request is sent or saved. A real follow-up flow will be enabled when contact delivery is connected.
Timing depends on the scope, material lead times, access and approvals. A realistic schedule can be discussed after those details are understood; no fixed completion date is promised here.
That depends on which rooms and systems are affected. Access, dust, noise and basic facilities should be discussed before choosing a phased or full renovation.
Your preferences are part of the brief. Product availability, installation requirements and maintenance should be checked together before the final selection.
Essentials, Signature and Premium are example calculator tiers. They show how changing a material allowance affects the range; they are not fixed product packages.
Reusing a layout, cabinetry or fixtures may be worth exploring. Their condition and compatibility with the new work need to be checked on site first.
